# Iniciar conversación con un usuario en el grupo de atención

En caso de que lo que queramos es iniciar una conversación con un usuario concreto, es decir, añadir un miembro, entonces seleccionaremos el usuario que queramos y haremos clic en Iniciar conversación en el menú contextual.
